Future-Proof Your Pelvic Floor will be held at 8pm on 25th March and is an evening dedicated to taking care of our pelvis! Often the pelvis is pushed to the back of our minds until we begin to suffer the signs of neglecting it – but not on our Nerdie watch!
This virtual event will be a fab, fun-filled and informative evening looking at how we can take care of our pelvic health to ensure that it looks after us in the long-term.
Along with Jennifer Rock and our Nerds, we will also be joined by special guest, Clinical Physiotherapist, Aoife Harvey, to discuss all things women’s health.
