Spotlight Oral Care Mouth Tape

The single-use mouth tape is a specially designed adhesive strip that gently holds the lips closed to encourage nasal breathing during sleep, reducing mouth breathing, improving sleep quality, and supporting oral health by preventing dry mouth, bad breath, and tooth decay. 

Warnings: For external use only. Do not use Spotlight Oral Care mouth tape if you have trouble breathing through your nose. Do not use if you have severe heart or breathing problems, are obese (BMI over 35) and have very low blood pressure.

Do not use if you have a cold, sinus or an ear infection. Do not use after consuming alcohol or sedatives.  Do not use if you have severely chapped lips or non-intact skin immediately around the mouth. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

1. Prep - Wash and dry lips and surrounding skin. Avoid oil or balms.
2. Apply - Peel off adhesive and apply tape across closed lips and press gently.
3. Remove - Peel off slowly in the morning.
