🔍 1. Why Book a Follow-Up Skin Consultation?

Your skin is constantly changing, and your skincare routine should evolve with it. A follow-up consultation helps you:

  • Get Personalised Advice: Your Nerd will assess how your skin is responding and adjust your routine.
  • Stay Supported: You’ll have a skincare expert by your side to answer questions and keep you on track.
  • Achieve Better Results: Regular check-ins ensure your products are working and your skin goals are being met.

💸 2. What’s the Cost & What Do You Get?

Your follow-up consultation costs €25.
After your session, you’ll receive a €25 discount code to use on your next product order.

Here’s how it works:

  • 🎁 Your code is added to your Nerd Network account on theskinnerd.com within 90 minutes of your consultation.
  • 📅 It’s valid for 21 days after your Skin Check-In.
  • 🛍️ Redeem it on orders over €100
  • 🚫 Not valid on bundles, discounted items or offers
  • 🔁 Codes can’t be combined and may be updated

📝 3. What Should I Prepare?

Before your appointment, you’ll complete a short pre-consultation form.
It’s quicker than your initial form and helps your Nerd understand your current skin condition and any changes since your last consult.

⏰ 4. When Should I Book?

We recommend booking your follow-up 10–12 weeks after your initial consultation.
This gives your skin time to respond and allows your Nerd to make any necessary adjustments.

 

 Cancellation and Rescheduling of Follow-up Consultations

You can cancel your follow-up consultation with us up to 72 hours before you are due to have your consultation and we will refund your €25 deposit in full, no questions asked. You can also reschedule your appointment up until 72 hours before you were due to have your follow-up without losing your deposit.
