Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Thanks for your recent booking with our Nerds – we understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so here’s some info should you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 72 hours’ notice in advance of your appointment time. If you do not contact us within this time frame a €25 rebooking fee will apply.
Regarding follow-up consultations, you can also reschedule or cancel this appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. In the event you do not contact us in the required timeframe, your €25 redeemable fee cannot be returned to you in the form of a voucher, for use on the store. A €25 rebooking fee will also apply.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled. To reschedule your appointment, a €25 rescheduling fee will apply.

We require a Pre-Consultation Form to be submitted at least 24hrs ahead of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to submit this form will result in your appointment being cancelled by our team. There will be a €25 fee in order to re-book your appointment.
In the event we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will contact you via email as soon as possible. Included in this email will be a link for you to reschedule your appointment to an alternative date and time. There is no additional payment required to reschedule your appointment in the event we cancel your appointment at short notice.
