Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that not everything can be set in stone. This is why if you reschedule your appointment before 72 hours of when it was due to occur, you will not incur a fee. 

Please note that failure to submit your pre-consultation form 24 hours ahead of your scheduled consultation at the latest will result in your consultation being cancelled. Re-booking will be subject a €25.00 fee.

If you would like to reschedule within 72 hours of when your consultation was scheduled, there is a €25 fee. We will try our best to accommodate those looking to reschedule to a specific date but please note that this may not always be possible.

You can cancel your appointment up to 7 days before it was scheduled to occur and we will refund the cost of your appointment. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled consultation, you are not eligible to receive a refund for the cost of your appointment.

With special regard to follow-up consultations, you can reschedule your follow-up consultation up to 72 hours before it was due to occur. After this timeframe, your €25 deposit will not be returned to you in the form of a voucher for the store.

According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period that begins once the original transaction takes place. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact or call our customer care line on +3531-5649362.

Refund Policy For Online Store Purchases

Here at Nerd HQ, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made.

Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. You can report faulty or damaged products to or call our customer care line at +3531-5649362. Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery to the address below: Customer Care, The Skin Nerd Ltd, Unit 1 Naas Road Industrial Park, Old Naas Rd, Inchicore, Dublin 12, D12F68F.,  Ireland.
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered. Please note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal).
