Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that not everything can be set in stone. This is why if you reschedule your appointment before 72 hours of when it was due to occur, you will not incur a fee. This is valid for only one rescheduled appointment.
If you would like to reschedule within 72 hours of when your consultation was scheduled to occur or reschedule a consultation that has already been rescheduled, there is a €25 fee. We will try our best to accommodate those looking to reschedule to a specific date but please note that this may not always be possible.
You can cancel your appointment up to 7 days before it was scheduled to occur and we will refund the cost of your appointment. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled consultation, you are not eligible to receive a refund for the cost of your appointment.
With special regard to follow-up consultations, you can reschedule your follow-up consultation up to 72 hours before it was due to occur. After this timeframe, your €25 deposit will not be returned to you in the form of a voucher for the store.

Refund Policy For Store Purchases
Here at Nerd HQ, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made.
