The Skin & Soul Masterclass will be held at 8pm on Monday, 6th October and is an evening designed to help attendees understand and manage the deep connection between their skin and their mental well-being. Taking place during Mental Health Awareness Month, this masterclass will explore how stress, anxiety and mood can directly impact your skin's health and how your skin's condition can affect how you feel.
Along with Jennifer Rock and our Nerds, we will also be joined by special guest, co-founder of Soul Space Miriam Hussey. Miriam is a qualified pharmacist with a deep-seated passion for holistic health, focusing on the mind-body connection. Her philosophy centers on the integration of physical, emotional and mental health to achieve true health and vitality.
Our virtual event will merge Miriam's integrated wellness approach with The Skin Nerd's expertise in skin health, offering attendees a comprehensive guide to feeling and looking their best, from the inside out.
