How to use it?

These products are to be used together.

Protein: AM: Apply 1 pump every AM after cleansing and before SPF.
Protein: PM: Apply 1 pump every PM after cleansing and after retinol (on nights where retinol is in use).

Retinol 1% Night Serum: Introduce gradually to the skin.

- Begin by using 2x weekly, then 3x weekly before building up to 5-7x weekly.
