Here at Nerd HQ, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made.
Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of the items being delivered.

We ask that you please send any photographs or videos that you have of the issue when contacting us so our Customer Care team can best assist you.
Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
For any faulty or damaged products, The Skin Nerd will assist in facilitating the return free of charge. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.
Please note that we will refund the money back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal) and this will take 2-5 days, depending on the bank. Please note if a gift card was used for full or partial payment, any refunds due will be credited to the gift card until the total value is reached.
Please note if there is no fault with the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, less the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.
