-Apply generously to the face, neck and exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure.

-Apply a sufficient amount of product to exposed skin to ensure adequate protection from the sun; reducing the amount of product used will lower the level of sun protection significantly.

-To maintain protection, reapply at least every 2 hours or more frequently, especially after perspiring, swimming or towel drying.
