What is it?

Iron Complex is suitable for anyone aged 14 years and older and is also suitable to take during pregnancy. 

How to use it?

> Take one capsule of Iron Complex daily.
> Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach (one hour before or two hours after meals) with a glass of water. > Avoid taking it with tea or coffee, as they may reduce absorption.
> Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
> Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
